Module 1 – IT & Cybersecurity Fundamentals

Introduction to IT and cybersecurity concepts, basic networking, servers and clients, domains, and Windows environment fundamentals.

Module 2 – Cybersecurity Basics

Common cyber threats, the CIA triad, and core security best practices.

Module 3 – Active Directory Fundamentals

Active Directory concepts, domains and forests, organizational units, users and groups, group policy basics, and AD security principles.

Module 4 – Cloud Fundamentals

Cloud computing concepts, service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), shared responsibility model, and Microsoft Cloud overview.

Module 5 – Microsoft Entra ID

Microsoft Entra ID concepts, comparison with Active Directory, tenants and subscriptions, and identity management for users and groups.

Module 6 – Authentication Fundamentals

Authentication and authorization concepts, password and authentication methods, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity security basics.

Module 7 – Zero Trust Fundamentals

Zero Trust principles, least privilege access, the role of MFA, and conditional access concepts.

Module 8 – Endpoint Security Basics

Endpoint security concepts, Microsoft Intune overview, device enrollment, and compliance management.

Module 9 – Endpoint Protection

Antivirus fundamentals, Microsoft Defender overview, endpoint protection concepts, and patch management.

Module 10 – SOC & SIEM Fundamentals

Security Operations Center (SOC) roles, alerts and incident management, SIEM concepts, and Microsoft Sentinel overview.
